your career. The steps listed below begin at an entry
level position and advance to the top of the career ladder.
However, you don't necessarily have to begin your
career with our company at the entry level. You may
have enough education and/or experience to begin
work for us at a higher level. For example, you might
begin work for us as an apprentice electrician or
as a journeyman electrician.
For each level listed, in addition to the experience
required, there are several
other factors that will be considered in deciding
whether or not you will be promoted to the
next level, including attendance, safety record,
evaluations, compliance with company policies, etc.
